Are you ready to dive into the extraordinary world of aquatics and mold young heroes into confident swimmers? Superhero Swim Academy is seeking a passionate Aquatic Mentor to join our dynamic team across Coral Springs and Plantation locations.

Role Overview: As an Aquatic Mentor, you will harness your superhuman abilities to guide and nurture the next generation of aquatic heroes, specifically focusing on infants and preschool-aged children. Your mission will involve imparting essential swimming skills, water safety knowledge, and instilling a love for aquatics in our young proteges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expert-level aquatic powers to deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to the developmental needs of infants, preschoolers, and pre teens
  • Implement teaching methodologies that inspire confidence and skill progression in water environments.
  • Ensure the safety of all swimmers through vigilant supervision and adherence to lifeguard protocols.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every swimmer feels empowered to unleash their full aquatic potential.
Qualifications:

  • A proven track record (3-5 years) in coaching and teaching infants and preschool-aged children the art of swimming. 
  • Taking a crying or upset student and engaging them during class 
  • Possession of a current lifeguard certification or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is mandatory to embark on this heroic journey.
  • Ability to commute between our Coral Springs and Plantation training grounds with superhero-like agility.

Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour




Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
